Currency Note: All transactions on r9999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility. r9999 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though payment provider fees may apply independently.
Incomplete or failed transactions. If a deposit appears to have been deducted from your payment account but has not been credited to your r9999 wallet within 30 minutes, you should contact r9999 support with proof of the transaction. r9999 will investigate and, where the deposit is confirmed, credit the funds accordingly. r9999 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or mobile financial service disruptions beyond its direct control.

Section 7
Account Suspension & Closure
Voluntary closure. You may request closure of your r9999 account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon receiving a valid closure request, r9999 will process the closure and return any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to the payment method on file. Account closure requests are typically processed within five business days. Limitation of Liability
